AG Events Group LLC ("AG Events," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ageventsgroup.com (the "Site"), purchase tickets, or join our mailing or SMS list, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

1.1 Information You Give Us Directly. When you subscribe to our mailing list, sign up for SMS messages, contact us, or purchase tickets, we may collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address (city, state), and any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

1.3 Information from Third Parties. When you purchase a ticket through a third-party platform (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, evenue, Posh, or others), we may receive your purchase information from that platform in accordance with their privacy practices.

Send you transactional messages such as ticket confirmations and event updates

3. SMS and Mobile Information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. We may share phone numbers with our SMS service provider (currently Brevo) and the underlying carrier solely to deliver messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Service providers who help us operate the Site and our communications (email and SMS platforms, hosting, analytics, ticketing platforms). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.

6.4 Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We retain your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Site and our marketing communications are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
